Family History Ancestry Chart Summer of 2007

This McMullen Website tells the story of James McMullen of Fannett Township, Pennsylvania, who with Alexander Irwin traveled from Ireland to the United States about 1796. Many of the descendants of James remained in Fannett and Tell Townships, Pennsylvania. Later generations are also discussed, particularly those of Harvey McMullen. My research continues, and from time to time I hope to update the contents. So what you see today may not be the final story. Still undetermined as of September 2007 are:  The name of the wife of James McMullen (ca 1765 - 1839), and where James is buried;  How the family became Catholic since most Scots-Irish were Presbyterian;  If and how the family is related to the seven McMullen brothers who were in Franklin Township during the  American Revolution.
