COMPLETE HOME REMODEL:
We are in the final stages of a complete remodel of our home in Tempe. We have removed several walls for better traffic flow, replaced doors with French Doors and installed recessed halogen lighting fixtures throughout. The kitchen is new from IKEA (one of our favorite places), complete with a wine cellar, updated appliances and granite counters. Charcoal & Rust colored slate has been laid throughout in place of the old carpeting. The rooms have all been repainted to a natural color scheme complete with classic crown molding and tall baseboards. Updated furnishings throughout complete the look. One of our favorite additions is the central vacuum system we installed (quite handy when remodeling). We also repiped the natural gas lines for the installation of an efficient gas dryer and a planned spool (see below) later in the final stages of the project.

HEBER, ARIZONA HOME:
Several years ago we purchased a few acres of forested land in Northern Arizona near Heber. We hope to start construction on a second home there in Fall 2005. We plan to construct our home using "Earth Friendly" materials like straw bale or recycled products where possible. Once construction begins, updates and photo's of our progress will be posted here at regular intervals.
IN GROUND SPOOL (SPA / POOL COMBO):
We are building a 10' x 6' in ground Spool (a mega spa / mini pool) in our backyard next summer. It will be tiled with a Maui Midnight Blue tile in order to double as a reflecting pool in the day and disappear at night. The backyard landscaping is already being updated to complement the new look in the front yard. Once completed, come on over and visit!
