Title: Whites and Hollenbecks

It's very early in the morning as I arrive at the Owl.  Quietly, I enter
through the back, and as I walk from the back room into the bar, I hear
voices in the card room.  It sounds like Grubb and Bud,

"Hey, man, what's a matter with these whites?  I been doin' 'em all night and
they ain't givin' me no buzz at all. They may as well be aspern or chalk! You
got somethin' else 'sides this pill-shit?"

"What th' fuck do ya think I am, the local pharmacopeia or somethin'?  I
watched you just now pop about 8 of 'em, so you better wait b'fore ya drop
any more shit.  If they are the ones I gave ya earlier, you're gonna buzz about
a hundred and sixty milligrams worth.  Drink another Hollenbeck, maybe that'll
wake ya up."

There's a rustling noise in the storeroom, behind the bar.  Quietly, I tiptoe
to the door, push it open, and find Azi lying on his side, hog-tied, and
bleeding from the nose.  He looks up and I motion for him to remain quiet as
I bend down and untie him.
