Title: Dr. Yates' Chest

Now Yates is totally flustered. His beloved system has been
taken over and is apparently out of his control, which has
educed some very violent behavior, and it looks to be directed
at me!

He seems to be building up an energy within himself, glaring at
me, hard breathing, when suddenly he shrieks and is on me,
hitting, punching, yelling, pinning me against my chair,
"Goddamnyou! You dirty..." his hands are around my
neck and my arms pinned behind me. I'm struggling to
free my arms, triying to kick him or at least disengage myself
from what feels to be a deathlock since I can no longer
breathe! As I'm weakening, mentally giving up, his hands
release my neck and he's groping at his chest as if great pains
were released within his chest cavity.
Sis' eyes are dark, unblinking, honing in on Yates.
"No, Sis! Don't! LET HIM GO! JEANNIE - let go!"
It's hard to speak, I'm gurgling, and I know ... it's too late.
Yates, clutching his chest, has collapsed, limp, clammy, pale,
heavily weighing on my own chest, his eyes rolled back so I see
only tiny red veins and whites.

"We should leave." Sis is starting toward the door.
"No, I have to try to revive him. CPR or something," as I
force myself up and out from under his limp body. I'm
quickly feeling his pulse but there's nothing, no signs of life.
"Don't bother. It's too late. Nothing will bring him back,"Sis says
quietly -- too quietly. Once again she's too calm, too cold
about this.
"He was going to kill you," she said. "He wanted to kill you."
"No. You could have helped without... without this,
for God's sake!"
