To the Members of Norfolk Lodge No.1  A.F. & A.M.:

The following resolutions to amend the Lodge By-Laws will be considered, discussed and balloted upon at the August Stated Communication of the Lodge:

Revise Article II of the By-Laws to increase the dues paid to the Lodge, such that every member of this Lodge, except the Treasurer, Secretary and Tyler shall be charged by the Secretary with the sum of Fifty-five Dollars ($55.00) per year dues, plus Grand Lodge assessments and Masonic Temple Corporation assessments, effective January 1, 2009.

Revise Article III of the By-Laws to clarify the language regarding the fees for degrees.  The fees for degrees in the Lodge shall remain the same.

Revise Articles IV, V, and VI of the By-Laws, to modify the compensation paid to the Treasurer, Secretary and Tyler; in effect relating it to the number of members in the Lodge.

Create a new Article to the By-Laws regarding the establishment and use of the Lodge Charity Fund.
