Hawaii Vacation

This is my friend Dave.  He lives in Hawaii and I stayed at his house.  This picture is Dave at work.  He works in a lab growing the perfect shrimp.  The perfect shrimp is to the right it is a Monodon Shrimp.  I don't know that much about raising shrimp and in fact if the shrimp are not deep fried or peel and eat I cant tell you much more about how he raises them what he does with them.  Dave is also becoming quite a good tour guide.  After work one day we drove around the west end of Oahu.  The lower right picture is of the cliffs at Hanauma Bay.  Finally I am at Koko Head Park for my first sunset in Hawaii.  After the sun went down, we drove back to Dave's house in Kailua.  Kailua is about a 20 minute drive across the island on the H3 interstate.  The nice thing about the H3 is it runs almost from Dave's house to Dave's office, like his personal drive way to work.  The scenery along the way is right out of a post card.  Well dave says it is out of the travel brochures, the week I we there it was always overcast and windy.  I guess I will have to come back and see Hawaii again.
