Version 0.4.3b The PcrComm.Ocx has been updated and a missing mscomm32.ocx
	is now included.

Version 0.4.4 The BandScope & BarMeter controls can now be resized an
	have been updated to display more accurately.

Version 0.4.5 Just a small update correcting a bug in 0.4.4 when double
	clicking in the scope to set the frequency.

Version 0.5.0 Correcting a bug that could corrupt a .bnk file after using
	the "File->Load Bank" Menu.
	Added Seek Function to search for new frequencies,
	also added Menu "File->Save Bank" to save the current bank.
	And a few other small changes...

Version 0.5.1 Just a small update correcting a bug in 0.5.0 where the
	description of the bank was not displayed correctly.

Version 0.6.0 The Display Screen text properties can now be edited. You
	can change the Font, Font Size, Text Color and Background Color
	of the display.
	Also changed some code to hopefully fix a bug that some users had
	where the Frequency displayed an odd type of value...

Version 0.6.1 The program is now more friendly to different Regional
	Settings.
 	The Frequency is now propperly displayed: (102.100 mhz) is now
	displayed as 102,100 in UK systems...

Version 0.7.0 Added the ability to Import Channels from other programs
	such as IC-PCR1000, TalkPCR and PcrPro1k...
	The Sigal Display and BandScope Display show the background bars
	now when not in use. Help on using the program is now directed to
	this page.
