Welcome to my Plymouth page.

 This is where I get to share my story of getting to live my dream!  Owning, and trying to restore, a 1958 Plymouth.  Like most guys near my age, I fell in love with the car as a kid while watching the opening scene from the movie Christine.  I have looked off and on for over 20years trying to find a decent model to restore.  It seems every time my searching would come up empty.  In fact over that time period I have only seen 4 Plymouths here in southern California.  Now that these cars are 50 years old I consider myself to be very lucky to have been able to purchase the exact model I was longing for.

This is my 1958 Plymouth Belvedere 2 Door Hardtop.  Even though the Christine book and movie differ on certain details, this is the model that most Christine fans agree is best represented in the movie.  I hope to document much of what happens to her during the restoration process here on this web site.  My goal is to have her restored to looking like the car in the movie but not an actual (accurate) Christine clone.
