Basket Raffle
Hello
out
there!
We
drew
for
the
two
baskets
Thursday
at
our
November
meeting
and
our
lucky
winners
were
Stan
McMillan
for
the
Men's
Basket
and
our
own
Martha
Epperson
for
the
Women's
Basket!
Congratulations
to
our
lucky
winners
and
we
hope
they
enjoy
their
goodies.
I
was
told
that
we
totaled
out
about
$480
for
our
garage
sales,
both
in
Oct.
and
the
first
weekend
of
this
month.
Not
bad!
You
know
what
they
say...One
man's
trash-
As
for
how
much
we
made
on
our
raffle
baskets,
we
just
turned
in
all
the
money
and
we
have
to
let
our
"accountant"
(aka
Martha)
have
time
to
add
it
up.
I'll
post
the
results
for
you
when
we
get
them.
We
are
hoping
to
have
enough
for
2
families,
but
not
having
done
as
much
as
in
the
last
couple
of
years,
we'll
just
have
to
wait
and
see.
Don't
sell
us
short
tho.
We've
done
more
in a
lot
less
time!
Again,
Congrats
to
our
lucky
winners,
keep
an
eye
on
this
site
for
$
totals,
and
stay
healthy
&
safe.

V-CAP
Voluntary-Community Action Program
What is V-CAP? It is a UAW voluntary program that allows each union member to make a modest contribution each month to help the union support candidates (national, state, and local) who care about American workers and their jobs.
Why is this important? The goal of the UAW V-CAP is to protect our collective bargaining gains through political action.___________________________________
