QSL Policy:

All incoming cards will be checked to ensure that the QSO appears in the DXpedition logbook. We will only QSL those QSOs that are listed in your application. Direct requests will be handled first, with bureau and e-mail requests second. In cases of busted calls, we will make every effort to correct the error, provided that the date, time, mode, and frequency for the claimed QSO check accurately against the log. We will post the 9Y4/N4ZDL logbook for your review.

Ensure the QSO information on your card is clear and correct!

Direct Cards:

To receive a direct QSL card:

• Enclose a good quality self-addressed envelope of sufficient size and strength for the number of return cards expected. Up to three QSOs can be confirmed on a single card.
• For US stations, enclose sufficient US postage to meet postage costs by surface mail. Affix the postage to the self-addressed envelope.
• For non-US stations, enclose sufficient International Reply Coupons (IRCs) to meet postage costs by airmail or surface mail, as appropriate. Do not send stamps or currency from other countries. Do not send bank checks.
• Applications received direct but without a self-addressed envelope, or without sufficient return postage, will receive confirmations via the bureau.

QSL requests received via the bureau will receive a return card via the bureau.

E-Mail Cards:

QSL requests received via eQSL will receive a return card via eQSL.

Please note: As of March 8, 2004, a QSL card has been prepared for each QSO in the log. All direct requests for the 9Y4/N4ZDL card have been answered. Remaining QSL cards have been submitted to the ARRL Outgoing QSL Bureau.
