October 17,  Wednesday, 11:00 A.M. Elm Park Estate. Peggy Shifflett will review her books, The Red Flannel Rag and Mom’s Family Pie.  Lunch $5.00

November 8, Thursday, Superior Residence at Pheasant Ridge, 10:30 A.M. Lynn Eckmann reviews Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay.  Lunch $6 at Pheasant Run Country Kitchen.

December 4, Tuesday,  419 West, 10:30 A.M.  Jennie Sue Murdock will review Ines of My Soul by Isabel Allende. Order from the menu, prices range from $5-$12.

January 9, Wednesday, Daily Grind in Salem, 10:30 A.MBonnie Bowles will review Dancing After Hours by Andre Dubus.  Lunch will be ordered before the meeting from the menu. Prices range from $5 to $8 for paninis and salads.

February 6, Wednesday, Montano’s, 10:30 A.M. Maryette McLaren will review Mysteries of the Middle Ages by Thomas Cahill. Order off the menu $5.50-$9.95

March 4, Tuesday,  Hollins University Moody Center-Janney Lounge. 10:30 A.M.  Adria Casey will review The Devil in the White City by Erik Larson Lunch in the Hollins Cafeteria, $5.25

chamber orchestra. David Charles Campbell, conductor.
St. John’s Episcopal Church, corner of Jefferson Street and Elm Avenue. All concerts begin at 6:00 P.M. in the nave of the church. Reception precedes concert at 5:15 P.M. in the narthex.
 There is no charge for the concerts.
