The Oilman's Bass Club of Lafayette held a tournament Sunday, May 17, out of the Marsh Field Landing. It was a tough fishing day with the gang fighting high water and bad conditions. Vic Segura and Dickie Pecararo won the event going away with 16.27 lbs. Second place was held by Ronnie Dressel and Bobby Hebert with 10.76 lbs. Rickey Guthrie and Chris Vidrine took third place honors with 8.38 lbs.
