Welcome to my site with information about my 1986 mr2. This is my second mr2 replacing the 87 that I crashed. I purchased it in September for $400. It barely ran and had a blown headgasket. The car didn't look too taken care of so I took out the still good engine from my 87 and swapped it into the 86. I purchased my first car on Tuesday, the 18th of December. This was the 6th MR2 I looked at and priced well below the others, but in many ways better. Over the past year and few months I've learned quite a bit about these cars.
