Arstechnica has a review on the new Gran Turismo 4 PS2 game, as well as a review of the GT4 specific racing wheel.

I got to play GT4 the other day at Best Buy. They had the game setup on about a 42in wide-screen LCD tv and they had the game wheel setup. This game, by far, is one of the best racing sims out there. Racing with the wheel took a little getting used to, and would probably be easier sitting down, but I had to force myself to quit playing to let the kids watching me get some playing time. The environments are beautiful, the cars are perfect, and its a ton of fun to play.

The game runs between $41.99 and $49.99 at certain online retailers.

This game is definately on my list.
