Petition from the nobleman Wincent, son of Francisk Jozefowicz Dzimitrowicz
of Grodno Government Territory, Lida District Family of Dzimitrowicz is
protected by its old age and noble prerogatives and is registered in the
Supreme Ruling of District Parliament of Lithuanian-Vilnius Government
Territory of the first year and in the Registry of nobility of December
30, 1798 according to the old style and December 14 of the same year, according
to the new style. Family tree begins with Szymon and his sons Jan, Jozef,
and Mauryc. Also, with Augustyn and his sons Karol-Adam and Jozef, son
of Piotr. Jan son of Konstant. Francizek and sons Ludwik, Wincent. Jan
and Karol, brothers of Francisek and sons of Jozef Dzimitrowicz. The family
coat-of arms Nieczuja proves its noble origin. The coat-of-arms is registered
in the book of Nobility Parliament of Lithuanian Vilnius Government Territory
of June 26, 1804 and that is why we request that-His Highness Emperor would
support my petition to the Commission of Nobility of Lithuanian-Vilnius
Government Territory to affirm the Acts of Lida and Grodno Government Territories
and grant noble status to all members of the family listed above by your
Decree. I request the Power of Your Highness Monarch to support my petition.
I have already wrote similar petition to the Nobility Commission of Lithuanian-Vilnius
Government Territory. Wincent Dzimitrowicz, Month(?) 18, 1832. I live in
the district of Lida, Parish of Eiszyski (Eisiskes).
