1. 1/2 cup rice.
2. 2 1/2 cups milk.
3. 1 cup sugar.
1. Dissolve suger in milk.
2. Add rice.
3. Cook over low flame for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
1. Stir two table spoons of lightly fried raisins into the pudding.
2. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top.
1. Topping every plate with marmalade.
