I was hired by Hunter to modify/create a program for them that was called the
"Contractors Frequent Buyer Program", a program similar to the
American Airlines frequent flyer program. They needed someone that could do all
aspects of programming, including specifications, database design, coding for
client server interfaces, web and intranet, debugging/qa, and delivery. I coded
using VB 6, Sql Server, Access, ASP, HTML, and FrontPage. I worked directly for
the Marketing Director for this 9 month contract. The Hunter
Industries Frequent Buyer Program is still being used and was a huge
success. I can provide documentation of the technical specification and user's
guide upon request. This was a very large multi-user VB app that contained over
55 forms, 300 stored procedures, 35 Crystal Reports, and 35 ASP pages. I did
100% of the project. Additionally, I was asked to create a Job's available web
site for Hunter, which is still used here at this URL: Hunter
Industries Employment Web Site. |

Interdev 6.0. My team was responsible for the middle tier that connected to
divisions/companies outside of FA, sending and receiving Flood Certificate data
using XML and MSMQ technologies. Additionally, I developed ASP solutions, was on
the Interview team, and conducted weekly 'brown bag' training during lunch. We
created a 'reading club' and studied together to move our collective group's

and active X controls. There was consistent use of VSS for source control, long
programming days and nights, and tight deadlines. Epic has an Oracle
