In Memorium

Rodger Lee House, age 60, died Sunday, October 5, 2008 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born August 9, 1948 in Nashville, Kansas the son of the late Franklin and Maxine (Armistead) House. He is survived by two sons: Jeff & wife Crickett House of Valley Center, KS and Jereme & wife Diane House of Salina, KS a daughter: Kristina Sherer of Isabel, KS, two sisters: Carol & husband Tom Hoffman of South Hutchinson, KS and Janet & husband Roger Wreath of Springfield, MO, a brother: Gary & wife Betul House of Kansas City, MO, a companion Nancy Harrel of Pratt, 6 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son Christopher and a grandchild Arian.

He owned and operated Rodger's Spraying Services. He served in the Army National Guard and was a member of the American Legion Riders Post #86 and also the First Untied Methodist Church in Pratt. Friends may sign the register book Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am - 8pm at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5 pm - 8 pm at the mortuary. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 9, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church in Pratt with John Hamm and Reverend Dan Ferguson presiding. Burial will be in the Ellenwood Cemetery in Sawyer.
