Pre-Marital Counseling

In addition to Imago Relationship Therapy, I also offer pre- marital counseling and marriage enrichment counseling, combining what I have learned from my training as an Imago Therapist and my training in a pre-marital approach known as Prepare and Enrich. Prepare and Enrich offers a set of inventories for couples that give valuable information for the sessions. Usually 5-6 sessions are scheduled, covering the following subjects after the inventory is taken:

• Sharing strength and growth areas
• Assertiveness and active listening skills
• Steps for resolving conflict
• Family of origin issues and how they can effect the relationship with your partner
• Financial management
• Making your goals a reality
