Hi everyone, since my last update, I have done so much! I am one and a half years old, and I am quite a talker! I can say many, many words now...and I repeat things that I hear....so my mom and dad have to watch what they say now :-)
Some of the words I know are: No, up, down, juice, hurry, truck (although, it sounds like "kruck" when I say it), bus, momma, daddy, mimi, gary (sounds like Gory) apple, banana, ball, play, shoes. I can also put 2 words together.... for example when I am looking for my mommy, I can say "are you?"
I am very active, I love to run and jump. I also like to play soccer, and I can kick the ball pretty good, but since my mom and dad both play soccer it's really no surprise. I have a mini hockey stick now, and I like to carry it around everywhere. I can hit the ball with it, and again, since both mom and dad play ice hockey, I think I might be good at that too!
I like to dance when I hear music and I like to go outside and play in our playground. we have a cool playground in our backyard with swings, slides and a sand box. I really like to play with my big sister, KC. Sometime she picks on me, but I am getting bigger, so I can fight back a little.
My last doctor appointment was in February, when I turned 18 months old. I weighed 24 pounds and was 33 inches tall. I am in the 90th percentile for height, and the 50th percentile for weight. Basically, I am tall and skinny! I am very healthy according to Dr. Rosenfeld.
I like to eat. I will try anything. Unlike my sister, who is so picky! I like fruits and vegetables the most, but I really like hot dogs, chicken and pasta. We went to a breakfast buffet last week, and I was able to sample many foods, which I liked.
