Amtrak Special R13 glides south through Burke, VA on Track 1
NS Full Dome Delaware gives dignitaries a panoramic view of the route

P42DC's 24 and 15 rest at the south end of the train during the thirty minute media stop at Burke Centre
With everyone back on board, the train continues south through Fairfax
