Fantastic site! While vacationing in Virginia I wanted to make salt potatoes and forgot the measurements for salt, potatoes and butter. Checked out this website and got my answers in 2 minutes! YEE HA! Now I can show these southerners what a really delicious salt potatoe for upstate NY is.

Love the recipes! I've only been sick twice from them, so that's not too bad. Just kidding (about being sick, anyway). Must've missed the part in your bio about how you got the handle "Spud".

Great site. We run a fish store that sells online and ships overnight via FEDEX so we are always looking for recipes. We have two mirrored sites www.lobsterscanfly.com and www.overnightlobstercaviarshrimp.com. We also have a toll free number 877-LOBS FLY. Please check us out when shopping for seafood.
