Barbecue Potatoes



6 medium - Potatoes, sliced
1 large - Onion, sliced
2 - Green peppers, sliced
Salt, pepper, oregano and thyme, to taste
Cooking oil

Have ready a large enough sheet of aluminum foil to wrap up all the ingredients.

Layer the foil with the potato, onion and pepper slices.
Sprinkle on the spices, to your taste.
Drizzle some oil over the top and mix .

Wrap the foil around the vegetables.
Grill the vegetables for about 20 minutes, or until tender.

This can also be baked in the oven, using a baking dish instead of foil.
