Cheesy Potatoes



6 - Potatoes, peeled and cubed
Milk (a splash)
8 oz - Sour cream
8 oz - Cream cheese
1 cup - Cottage cheese
1/4 cup - Cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika

Boil potatoes until tender.

Mash with small amount of milk.
Add sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese.

Pour into pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheddar cheese & paprika and bake another 5 minutes.
