Chili Potato Surprise



Yield: 6 servings

4 cups - Mashed potatoes, cooked
1 cup - Sour cream
2 cups - Cheddar cheese, shredded & halved
4 oz (1 can) - Green chilies, diced
1/4 cup - Onions, diced
1 tsp - Black pepper
2 tsp - Seasoned salt
2 eggs, beaten

Mix together all the ingredients except 1/2 the cheese.

Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan or dish.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees or microwave for about 7 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
