Cream Cheese Potatoes



1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. thin potato slices
2 Tbsp. chopped chives

In large saucepan combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Stir over low heat until smooth. Add potatoes and chives; mix well.
Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole and cover.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Stir before serving.
Make ahead. Prepare.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
When ready to serve, bake as desired
