Dill Potatoes
3 medium - Potatoes
2 - Hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbls - Mayonnaise
2 Tbls - Sour cream
2 Tbls - Green onions, chopped
2 Tbls - Parsley, chopped
1 tsp - Dillweed
1/2 tsp - Pepper
Boil potatoes until tender; dice, set aside.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onions, parsley, dill weed and pepper.
Toss with hot potatoes and eggs.
Serve hot.
