Golden Parmesan Potatoes


6 large - Potatoes (about 3 lbs)
1/4 cup - Flour
1/4 cup - Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tsp - Salt
1/8 tsp - Pepper
1/3 cup - Butter or margarine, melted

Peel potatoes and cut into wedges or quarters.
Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a plastic bag.
Moisten potatoes and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating well with water.
Pour melted butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Place potatoes in a single layer.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour turning once during baking time.
