Irish Potatoes Creamy Deluxe


2 lb bag - Hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can - Cream of potato soup
1 can - Cream of celery soup
2 cup - Sour Cream
1 cup - Milk
Salt and pepper
8 oz - Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix soups, sour cream and milk.
Combine mixture with potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, stir.

Bake in a covered 9 x 13 pan or dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
After 1 hour, add grated cheese and bake additional 30 minutes uncovered.
