Jalepeno Potatoes


Yields 8 to 10 servings

4 - Red potatoes, large
1 stick - Margarine or butter
1 - Bell pepper, small
1 Tbls - Flour
1 small jar - Pimento
1/2 cup - Condensed milk
1/2 cup - Milk
Salt and pepper
1/2 roll - Garlic cheese, 8 ounces
1/2 roll - Jalapeno cheese, 8 ounces

Boil potatoes in skins until done.
When cool, peel and slice into thin slices.

While potatoes are cooking, saute pimento and bell pepper in small amount of margarine.
Make a white sauce of milks, margarine and flour.
Melt cheeses in white sauce (the microwave works well for this).
Mix all ingredients except potatoes in the sauce.

Arrange the potatoes in layers in baking dish pouring sauce between layers and over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
