Shire Stories Please send all comments to anglachel@cox.net This series is a look at the Shire through an examination of the characters Bilbo and Frodo Baggins. The very first story started as a response to the overwhelming number of ridiculous "angsty, gay Frodo" stories out there. What would it mean to write a substantial story about the Shire wherein the main charater is not unambiguously heterosexual? With that as a starting point, I began to explore Shire society. The stories below are the result. I have created a new Web site, and have moved my stories over to there: Rómenna All of my new work will be posted at that location. WARNING - the site is intended for experimental web coding as well. You will not be able to view it properly if you use an older (version 4 or earlier) browser.
