"EAT, SLEEP AND DIVE"
If this is your idea of a great dive vacation, than a
live-aboard trip is the answer. It used to be a persistent myth, that
only experienced divers could enjoy a live-aboard vacation. The truth
is that nowadays you can find a live-aboard trip to suit every diving
interest and skill level. It is a great way for new divers to broaden
their experience, and a wonderful way for the experienced diver to explore
new thrills. Most live-aboard boats run 6-10 night itineraries. During
a single trip you can experience shallow reefs filled with fish nurseries
and cleaning stations, vertical walls and underwater canyons, mild to thrill
ride currents, gorgonian gardens and hard coral formations, pelagics and
invertebrates, nighttime, dusk and dawn dives.
Live-aboard cruises will give you the opportunity to make
the greatest number of dives per day, some in remote regions inaccessible to
land-based dive operators.
No heavy gear bags to pack and repack after diving, or tanks
to haul back to the shop. Food, drinks, and other comforts are readily
accessible between dives. After you dive, you are just minutes away
from a fresh water shower, a change of clothes, and refreshments.
Caribbean live-aboards operate in the Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos, Belize and
the Bay Islands.
South America offers high-adventure trips to the Cocos Islands and the
Galapagos.
West in the Pacific you can choose from Hawaii, Truk Lagoon, Palau, Fiji,
Solomon Islands and Tahiti.
The Indo-Pacific will bring you Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and Thailand.
The Indian Ocean has the Maldives. And the Middle East will show us
the Red Sea.
