Entry
Visitors must have a current passport valid for at least six months beyond
their intended stay. It is mandatory to have proof of an onward or
return airline ticket. Travelers entering Indonesia are issued a
tourist visa which is valid for a period of 60 days and which is not
extendable.Climate
The entire Indonesian Archipelago is distinctly tropical. The west
monsoon from Nov-March brings rain and strong winds while May-Sept are dry.
The transitional periods bring occasional rain showers. Temperatures range
from 27-33°C throughout the year. Moderate climates can be expected in
highland and mountainous regions. Humidity ranges from 60-90 percent and the
water temperature varies between 25-30°C depending on the location and
season.

Most renown international airline carriers serve the airports of
Denpasar (Bali) and Jakarta (Java) from Europe, America and Asia. The
Indonesian national airline carrier is Garuda Indonesia, which serves both
international and domestic flight destinations. Other international airports
in Indonesia are mainly served by regional Asian airlines such as Singapore
Airlines, SilkAir and Malaysian Airlines.
