CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Anahita P. Renner, M.A., B.C.B.A. is the founder and Clinical Director of Autism Interventions and Resources (A.I.R.). Anahita has over 10 years of experience providing early behavioral intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She began working for the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) during an internship while attending the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and completing her Bachelors degree in Psychology. She continued to work with many families throughout the Orange County area during her undergraduate years. Anahita was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior. She discovered a passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and set forth on an educational path that would allow her to pursue a career in the field. While attending graduate school at the California School or Professional Psychology, San Diego, Anahita continued to gain more experience as an ABA provider. She worked as both a Senior Therapist and Case Supervisor. After being awarded a Master of Arts in Psychology, Anahita completed an extensive Supervisor Training at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). After the completion of her training, she supervised over 15 cases at CARD.

After meeting stringent requirements including completing extensive coursework in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, completing a 9 month supervised mentorship during which a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis provided supervision over her ABA services, and passing a board exam, Anahita became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A.).

Anahita founded Autism Interventions and Resources in response to the growing need for ABA service providers dedicated to providing high quality services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the Orange County area. Anahita has devoted her time and energy to ensure that the services that she and her clinical staff provides are based upon the most current methods of Applied Behavior Analysis and are of the highest quality available. She has developed a behavioral and educational curriculum that is based upon efficacious methodologies, addresses the specific needs of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and that combines the primarily the principles of Discrete Trials Training, Verbal Behavior, Pivotal Response Training, and Natural Enviroment Training, in addition to other methodologies, that have been proven to be successful in the treatment of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

CASE SUPERVISORS
Case Supervisors are responsible for developing and monitoring each client's behavioral program. They have been extensively trained and receive ongoing supervision from AIR's Clinical Director, Anahita P. Renner, MA, BCBA. Case Supervisors conduct clinic meetings, observe clients across all settings, attend IEP meetings, provide supervision and ongoing training to behavioral tutors, and ensure that children are progressing in their programs. Each Case Supervisor has either a Masters degree or PhD in a social science or education related field. They meet the standards of the California Department of Education and the Regional Center of Orange County.

BEHAVIORAL TUTORS
Behavioral Tutors work 1:1 with clients across home, school, and community settings. They must complete an extensive lecture and field training and pass field and written exams before working wiht AIR clients. They are motivated and dedicated to making a difference in these children's lives. AIR provides both Junior and Senior Behavioral tutors to each client. AIR Behavioral Tutors meet standards of the California Departement of Education and the Regional Center of Orange County.
