INTRODUCTION TO ORGANIZATION AND IMPLEMENTATION CHART
The attached Organization and Implementation Chart shows a setup chart for a full perpetual adoration schedule. If you are not attempting perpetual adoration, please cross out and change the times to fit your specific days and times. For example, if you did not want to include late night and early morning times, you could start after your morning Mass and continue to perhaps 10 or 11 PM in the evening. It is important to allow for with personal time constraints such as the elderly, working people, etc. Having only one specific day could be limiting to most people. Experience proves that it is very important that you have a group of people who oversee the schedule of adoration times to insure its continuation. It is strongly suggested that after sign ups have been completed, and no later than the time for the meeting of the adorers, your group should be fully formed. It is also suggested that you seek substitute adorers to cover for committed weekly adorers.
Also attached is a Description of Organizational Responsibilities. This specifies the general responsibilities of the coordinators and division leaders. Implementing these suggested responsibilities will undoubtedly insure continued success and growth of your Eucharistic Adoration. As you can see, the pastors responsibilities are kept to a minimum with this program.
