| The AFHE site, Arizona Families for Home Education is a wonderful site that allows you to see many aspects of home schooling. They offer a monthly newsletter to keep us informed of home schooling issues, they are the ones that put together the yearly home school convention with a graduation ceremony for the homeschoolers and has the forms to fill out to begin your home schooling experience. I would greatly recommend starting here.
Covenant Home School Resource Center is a great place to add to your teaching at home. They have vast resources available, are able to order text books for you at discounts, have classes to supplement your home schooling (especially in the areas you are not good at), offer the IOWA and Stanford 9 tests and have been great for helping find out new information from their free monthly newsletters.
The Maricopa County Superintendent of Schools website also contains information for homeschoolers. On their site, they have the Home School Resource Directory available to print off for your convenience, as well as the rules for homeschooling.
