the official USCF tournament clearinghouse for zip codes 200-246, Baltimore to Richmond.
All local organizers are encouraged to send in announcements of tournaments, even prior to
submitting to the USCF, to make sure unneccesary conflicts can be
avoided. Check here also for tournament planning through December 2004.
