The price for an oil painting ranges from $250 for a head and shoulder to $4,800 for a full length painting.

A firm price is arrived upon after the specific requirments for the project are discussed. The fee includes

a photo shoot and consultation. Additional fees are applicable for additional persons, pets or detailed

backgrounds and clothing. The artist will travel within 1 hour driving time of her studio, otherwise travel

expenses will be the responsibility of the client.

Original artwork makes a unique gift for family and friends;

as a commemorative of a special individual, a dear pet or a special occasion,

paintings of family and friends can be created from quality photographs you might

already have or from a complimentary photo session with the artist.

Good communication between both parties is especially important at this point, so that Enzie

can create a painting that you will sharish for years to come.

At the 1st meeting the artist will discuss with the client the size, pose, clothing and overall mood

of the portrait to be created. In the case of posthumous portraits, Enzie will work with the client with

whatever photo references are available to produce the same painterly quality.

The artist then proceeds to take digital photos of the subject.

This process can take about 2 hours.

At the 2nd meeting the artist will show the client selected photographs and an outline of the

composition for the proposed portrait for approval. A portrait commission contract is signed and

a 25% non-refundable deposit is collected.

At the 3rd meeting the artist will show the client a monochrome preliminary sketch for final approval.

Minor changes can be requested at this time and another 25% non-refundable fee is collected.

Whenever possible the artist desires to do a final sitting from life except for young children.

Paintings created in the Classical Realism style require a layer by layer

built up of glazes to achieve that Old Masters look, therefore it takes

about 5 weeks to complete a one person portrait. The client is invited to view

the painting towards the end for any additional minor changes.

High resolution mages can be sent to out of state clients before final delivery.

Please remember that the artist's goal is for you to absolutely love your new portrait.

The final payment is due upon portrait delivery.

Please let the artist know if you would like to host an unveiling party.
