Puppy Photo Contest
Deadline: May 31, 2002
The winner will receive a prize worth $20, and will be published
in the premiere issue of our Artful Dogger Newsletter as well as on
our website.
Second- and third-place winners will have their names appear in
the newsletter, and their photographs will be published on
artfuldogger.com's website.
We will also consider all submissions as possible models for
future Artful Dogger products such as fine art serigraphs, note
cards, hand-painted signs and other cool stuff. If we use your pet as
a model, you'll get free samples of the finished product and (where
appropriate) a printed acknowledgment with your dog's
registered/kennel name included in our advertising materials. (If
you're not interested in having your pet appear on our products,
that's okay too.)
Rules
They're simple. One entry per
person. If you are submitting your photograph via regular
mail, write or type complete identifying
information (your name, address, daytime phone number, pet's
species and/or breed, and pet's name) on a sticker; affix the sticker
to the back of the photograph. If you are submitting your photograph
as a JPEG file/email attachment, include the same information in the
body of your email.
All entries must be postmarked or emailed by 12:00 midnight on
May 31, 2002.
To simultaneously submit your pet's
photograph for consideration as a model for future Artful
Dogger products AND as an entry for the contest, click on one of the
links below, and follow the directions. We must have a model release
from you in order to use your photograph; we will NOT use your pet as
a model without your permission.

attaching a file, and attach the photograph in JPG format.

Regular Mail
To submit your photos using regular mail:
- On a sticker, write your name, address, daytime phone, the
breed (if applicable) and the animal's name as you would like them
to appear in our promotional materials. Put the sticker on the
back of your photograph. This will ensure correct identification
of both you and your pet.
- Print out and sign the following release form.

- Enclose the signed release form and the photos in an envelope.
(The United States Postal Service recommends using "a stiffener
like fiberboard" and marking "Do Not Bend" above the address,
below the postage, and on the back or bottom of your package.)
