à When: Friday (5/16) Saturday (5/17) and Sunday (5/18)

à Where: Atwood Lake Resort and Conference Center- Dellroy, Ohio

COST $475.00 per person

Includes the following:

• 36 hole green fee and cart rental on Friday and Saturday. 18 hole green fee and cart rental on Sunday.
• 2 nights lodging (double occupancy) at the Atwood Lodge.
• All you can eat breakfast bar/ buffet on Saturday & Sunday mornings.
• $23.00 dinner voucher which can be applied to a menu item of your choice. (the seafood buffet may be back-TBD based on market prices)
• Chicken and rib barbeque cook-out on Saturday night.
• “ALL” Gratuities for “ALL” meals---This means, ZERO TIPPING required !!
• Fun money coupon worth $5.00 which can be applied to merchandise at the pro shop.
• Golf gambling money of $100 is already included in the $475.00.
• Atwood Team item (TBD)
