In the beginning, I was not sure on what I was going to do my history day project on. After like around a week I decided to do my history project on the pony express. I chose this subject for two reason, one it did relate to the topic, communication in history: The key to understanding, and second of all was that I knew I would be interested in learning more and more about the pony express than what I already understood. On this subject I also chose to do a website, a reason for why I chose to do a website is that I know a lot about computer and somewhat of making a website. I thought also this would be a great opportunity to learn to make a better website. Now it was time to start looking up information about my subject. First, I started to look in the library it was a simple step just to get further little by little. Look up book on about the pony express was somewhat easy. I had to go to a computer in the library type in what was looking for, than it would show me a number and than I went to go look for it. The only really difficult part in all of this was actually just the reading part. For me I am fine with the reading but it was also time consuming. So from the book I had I wrote done all the info that I would do to help me do this website. Ok, so I thought looking into the Internet for information. Soon I started to look in so many different places until I found a source that would help me the most. So I went was goggle, a place where you can almost about find any information on whatever your topic may be you would be able to find it in just a click. Soon I was finding so much information that I would need and much more. Looking through the Internet was a real simple because soon I found a certain site that was just all about history stuff. All you had to do was type in your subject and they would find like top ten websites of your topic. After I took notes on all my information such as book and website I got from. I start to put them in annotated bibliography forms. Soon it was time for me to start the website. After getting all prepared to start I began the website. First I designed how or what I wanted it to look like. Than I make the links. After all links designing was done I begun to add all my information. Pony Express relates to communication in history by riders who need to deliver stuff to other people. Riders soon to die, soon it began a new generation of the pony express. Come to this day there is such a thing called the pony express!
