Minutes of 2002 Annual Meeting, 2002-2003 Treasurer Report, Board of Directors meeting minutes, and ballots were passed out to each member as they arrived.

Minutes of 2002 Annual Meeting and Treasurer report for Oct. 2002 thru Sept. 2003 were approved as reported.

The Board of Directors meeting of Sept. 25, 2003 was discussed. Dr. Richard Berger agreed to be Membership Chairman for the upcoming year.

It was announced that the organization FAX machine would not be needed for now so would be offered to any member that might like to purchase it. Anyone interested should contact Diane Davis.

Dr. Massey thanked Hana Razek, Tom Kryzer, and Courtney Ruthven for their services during the last few years.

Ballots were counted and the following officers and directors were voted in:

Dr. Massey turned the gavel over to Dr. Schwertfeger. Dr. Schwertfeger presented Dr. Massey with a plaque thanking him for his service as President as well as his continuing effort as Program Director.
