The meeting was called to order by the President, Ty Schwertfeger with 17 members in attendance.

Last year's minutes and financial report were passed out and approved.

The Board of Directors submitted the names for officers and 3 directors and ballots were passed out. The following were voted in by majority vote:

Richard Berger, MD for President

John Lasak, MD for Vice President

Paul Genilo, MD for Secretary-Treasurer

Directors for 3 year term (2006-2008):

Ty Schwertfeger, MD, Kumar Reddy, MD, and Patrice Rawlins, ARNP

Dr. Massy reported on the Friday morning conferences. He said thanks to all that made presentations this past year. The attendance was very good and there appeared to be lots of enthusiasm from the participants. There are some empty times open over the next few months and ask for any volunteers.

Les Ruthven stated that the conferences were excellent and felt it was due to the good leadership of Dr. Massey.

Thanks were given to Toni Sadler, Richard Ahlstrand and Lance Parker for serving on the board for the past 3 years.

Thanks to Diane for all her hard work as well as her sidekick Ted for work on the website. Thanks to the trio JST us (John Laughary, Scott Wiggins, and Ted Davis) for the music provided tonight.

Dr. Massey presented a plaque to Dr. Schwertfeger for his service for the past 2 years as President.

Dr. Berger was unable to attend due to an emergency with a patient but Dr. Schwertfeger stated he would be turning over the gavel to him as of Jan 1, 2006. He thanked everyone for attending and the meeting was adjourned.
