The meeting was originally scheduled for November 30, 2006 but due to a bad ice storm the meeting was re-scheduled for December 5^th.

The meeting was called to order by the Vice-President, John Lasak, President Richard Berger was unable to attend, with 8 members and their guests in attendance.

Last years minutes and financial report was passed out and approved.

Discussion was held about different ways to try to increase membership. It was decided there should be more personal contact from the members. Also suggested a social be held inviting possible new members. Diane will check into doing something of this nature.

Dr. Massey was thanked for continuing to oversee the Friday morning conferences. The Friday morning conferences are an important part of the organization.

It was stated that another important part of the organization was the ability to get together with members socially in a relaxing atmosphere.

Motion as made that the three Directors, Eustaquio Abay, II,MD, Dilawer Abbas, MD, and Andrew Massey, MD, whose terms expired be re-elected for another 3 year term. Motion passed unanimously.

Motion was made and seconded that Diane Davis should have an increase in pay since she has been taking care of the organization since it began and never had an increase. Motion was approved by all members in attendance but Diane stated she would get the approval of the rest of the Executive Board before taking an increase.

The meeting was adjourned and then 6 door prizes given out.

The Executive Board was contacted and responses voted for a $50 a month increase for Diane to be effective January 1, 2007.
