The meeting was called to order by Vice-President John Lasak, (President Richard Berger was unable to attend). 19 members and their guests were in attendance.

Last year’s minutes and financial report was passed out and approved.

It was announced that Eustaquio Abay, MD would be the Program Chairman starting in January 2008. He will be contacting different members to speak at the Friday Conferences. The Conferences will still be held on the 1^st and 3^rd Friday of each month October through June at St. Francis at 7:00 a.m. with CME credit.

The Board of Directors nominated the following officers to be voted on:

John Lasak - President

Paul Genilo - Vice President

Suryakumar Reddy - Secretary/Treasurer.

There were no nominations from the floor. The vote was unanimous.

The Board nominated the 3 Directors, Tally Bell, Bart Grelinger, and Gautham Reddy, (whose terms expired), to be re-elected for another 3-year term. Vote was unanimous.

The meeting was then adjourned.
