President, John Lasak, MD called the meeting to order.

Vice –President Paul Genilo, MD and Sec.-Trea. Kumar Reddy, MD were in attendance.

21 members of the 29 members attending.

Minutes of the 2007 Annual Meeting were passed out and approved.

Treasurer Report was passed out and approved.

Thank you to Dr. E. Abay for the work done in organizing the speakers for Friday morning conferences held 1^st and 3^rd Friday of each month. Format has been changed this year to having case studies unless an out-of-town speaker was available. This format has helped to increase attendance as well as being beneficial to interns.

Three Directors needed to be voted on for the term January 2009 thru December 2011.

Tom Kryzer, MD, Patrice Rawlins, ARNP and Ty Schwertfeger, MD were voted in unanimously. Dr. Abay will continue as Program Chairman for the next year.

No other New Business.

Meeting was adjourned and everyone enjoyed dinner and visiting.
