1999 Annual Meeting Minutes
October 21, 1999
Tom Kryzer, MD (President) called meeting to order.
Minutes of the 1998 annual meeting were passed out and approved. Treasurer's report was given by Courtney Ruthven, PhD and approved.
Dr. Kryzer announced that WSN was sponsoring a dinner/lecture on November 15, 1999. H. Alexander Arts, M.D. presenting "Evolution of Dizzy Patient".
Joe Ma and Andrew Massey will look into setting up a website for the Society for Neuroscience.
Dr. Kryzer introduced the new officers for 2000:
Rizwan Hassan, MD - President
Andrew Massey, MD - Vice President,
Joe Ma, MD - Secretary-Treasurer.
New Directors for Board - 2000 - 2003:
Richard Murrow, MD
Courtney Ruthven, PhD
Tom Kryzer, MD
Thanks was given to Dr. Massey for all the hard work of scheduling speakers for the Tuesday morning conferences. The attendance has been good and we appreciate the work done.
Dr. Hassan was presented the gavel and accepted the office of President.
The meeting was adjourned.
