ADMINISTRATION / AREA GOALS

The following are Area Goals that the Area Staff wishes to accomplish this season.  Your suggestions as to other goals and objectives are welcome.  Please submit them to the Area Director here.

1) All Regions to complete all required documents prior to due dates.

2) All Regions to participate in the Regional Performance Awards Program.

3) The Area Staff to visit all Regions throughout the season.

4) Develop new VIP programs in the Area.

5) Continue with the Area Soccer Fest if there is enough Regional participation.

6) Hold Area appreciation dinner for all Area Staff and Board (RCs and their others).

8) Have at least a Grade 5 Referee and Coach instructor in each Region.

9) Hold Area, Section referee courses as well as an Intermediate and Advanced coaching course for all Regions.

10) Have all Regions participating in the "KIDS ZONE" program.
