| Leonel brings versatility and enthusiasm every time he sits in front of a drum set. Leonel is originally from Pinotepa Nacional, Oaxaca, Mexico where he played in several bands and where he developed a special groove for cumbias and charangas. Leonel especially admires José Luis Ayala, the drummer of Ramon Ayala y Los Bravos del Norte, and Jessie Martinez, drummer for The Hometown Boys. | |
