This Lady Justice statue dates back to Roman and Greek times, represented as Themis, the goddess of justice and law. Well known for her clear sightedness, she typically holds a sword in one hand and scales in the other.

During the 16th century, artists started showing the lady blindfolded to show that justice is not subject to influence.

Or, that justice today is indeed blind, meaning that only injustice exists under an oligarchy.

We have had requests from many, many people for help in correcting the problems in government at all levels. It's good to see people finally taking their head out of the sand and stepping forward. One day our government employees might even become "servants" of the self-governed once again. Whether you agree or disagree, this is the place to discuss it, to gather more information, and to become more informed, or inform us.

Romans 13 - The Holy Bible

1Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.

2Therefore he who resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.

3For rulers are not a cause of fear for good behavior, but for evil.

6For because of this you also pay taxes, for rulers are servants of God, devoting themselves to this very thing.

7Render to all what is due them: tax to whom tax is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor.

Romans 14:19 -- So then let us pursue the things which make for peace and the building up of one another.

20Do not tear down the work of God for the sake of food. All things indeed are clean, but they are evil for the man who eats and gives offense.

TODAY

The "Rulers" of our country are no longer "Servants" of the People, and many are no longer "servants of God." Corruption runs very deep in our city, county and state governments, mostly because of the lack of proper priorities and morals, and because of the many personal and business alliances between those with ulterior motives. They are simply following the example of a corrupt Federal government.

If you’re not outraged, you’re not paying attention.” So says a popular bumper sticker. Indeed, those of us who have been paying attention to the political scene for years have often found ourselves outraged. The president’s approval rating has gone up and down, but throughout his five years in office never has public outrage been quite commensurate with the levels of incompetence, deception, and criminality coming from Washington. The same was true under Clinton. People are simply not paying attention.

Whether we see it as a fundamental ailment or mere symptom, the American people are largely ignorant of political reality – deeply ignorant. This has been true for some time. Americans still believe they are free because they can vote. There is a bipartisan illusion that democracy is liberty itself and that state power is non-aggressive if checked every few years by majority vote. These delusions achieve their most absurd levels under the guise of the so-called Democratic Peace Theory.

But ignorance and fear do not a prudent democracy make. We do not vote for our Masters, who then obtain near absolute power. Instead of seeking representatives to safeguard our rights, people now seek strong leaders or saviors to redeem their lives and protect them from all harm.

Nobody is policing our government. American people have lost interest in the sweeping and dangerous powers their rulers have grabbed and abused in recent history. The question should be asked, since our Constitution did not address it, of "who" is to police our government? Does the Federal Government have the wherewithal and the legal and moral right to police itself? With no alternative in sight, it appears to remain an unanswered question.

Unrestrained Powers of Federal Government

The Supreme Court

Thomas Jefferson warned of an unrestrained Supreme Court. In a letter to an opponent he said, "In matters of Constitutional interpretation you seem to feel that the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter. He called such sentiments, "A very dangerous doctrine, indeed, and one that could lead us to the despotism of an oligarchy."

During the past several decades, this is precisely what has happened. We have turned the power of the people over to a non-elected body of eight men and one woman, five of whom can effectively control the moral and social destiny of the nation.  And along with the Supreme Court, we have empowered another non-elected oligarchy in the form of the Federal Reserve Board. This was not the system the framers of our Constitution intended for this country. With the enforcers in place, they could then form the IRS, and send out their Hit Men. It worked so well, and nobody complained, the Federal government formed their own elite force of hit men called the ATF, later called the BATF, who weilded unlimited power.  All of these groups and forces were formed completely out of thin air, without lawful authority.

It would be far from our Supreme Court or the Fed to allow, for example, as a regular part of life for our citizens, false trials and perjured accusations before kangaroo courts. And how is it that the Fed can use the press to undercut their enemies prior to their trial and punishment?

Whether elected or unelected, any person or cabal that sets out to subvert our Contitution, our national sovereignty, and our democratic way of life commits treason. Any new order of policy that resembles or brings about a dictatorship, violation of human rights, confiscation of property, and any form of socialism, is subverting the Constitution of the U.S.

It is clear that anyone who takes an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the U.S. and then deliberately attempts to subvert it, is guilty of treason.

The Fed - IRS

Be sure to click on the "Articles" section and read "Income Tax."

How many of you can live without fear when faced with the sanctions of the IRS, their State taxing authorities, and local tax assessors? In the U.S. today we have the highest voluntary income tax compliance of any nation on earth. If the American ever became persuaded that the IRS is incompetent, unfair, ideologically biased, or without authority, voluntary compliance would plummet and the government would not be able to place enough revenue agents throughout the country to collect the tax revenues due.  When the bond of trust is severed, the government will fall apart.

Each of us has a national right to defend his person, his liberty, and his property. These are our most basic rights. But the preservation of any one of these three, is dependent upon the preservation of the other two.

Since one individual cannot lawfully use force against the person, liberty, or property of any other individual, then a common force cannot, for the same reason, lawfully be used to damage the person, liberty, or property of others, individuals, or groups, and certainly, a private corporation cannot be allowed to do this. Often the law has acted in a direction opposite its own purpose and has been used to destroy its own objective. Often the law has been applied to destroy the justice it was supposed to maintain and used to limit and abridge the very rights it was designed to protect.

For instance, the law is being abused when it is used to take property from a person without consent or fair compensation, and gives it to another to whom it does not belong. Seizure laws and laws on taxation comprise such abuses.

If everyone could enjoy the unrestricted use of their faculties and the free disposition of the fruits of their labor, social progress would be ceaseless, uninterrupted, and fulfilling. Unfortunately, some people attempt to live and prosper at the expense of others. If banks are actually creating private bank money and passing it off as lawful money, then not only is the transaction fraudulent but the debt becomes unlawful. Almost everything the IRS and the Federal Reserve does is ultra vires, unlawful, in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution, and therefore void.

Federal Reserve

The U.S. operated without a central bank until 1913, a period of 124 years. Few, if any, even those on the inside of government, know how the Federal Reserve Board works. Obviously, when someone is stealing you blind, he's not anxious to let you in on how he's doing it.

In 1991, with the collapse of BCCI, a $20 billion institution, The Establishment came perilously close to destroying the entire financial system. In 1928 and 1929, the money powers of Britain and the U.S. coordinated their efforts on behalf of England because Montague Norman's hegemony was fast coming unglued. The Federal Reserve Board embarked on a rescue effort to save the British gold supplies and the British pound Sterling by forcing U.S. interest rates to an artificially low level. Cheap and plentiful money had the effect it always has: It drove the price of stocks and bonds through the roof. The speculative orgy left prices of securities overvalued and vulnerable to bad news. Thus, when a big wave of selling came, there were margin calls, more selling, and more margin calls. Instead of stepping in to ease the situation, the Federal Reserve Board did nothing to alleviate the crisis of a 25% decline in the money supply. A full quarter of the labor force went out of work.

The all-empowered Fed and the Federal Reserve Board are equally a threat to America. Only one thing will stop the loss of our freedom given to us by the Constitution. We must make a concerted effort and vote into Congress those who will repeal the Federal Reserve Act and restore the constitutional power given to the people's elected officials.

There is a basic fact of life, namely, the sinful nature of man. As scholar and author Michael Novak has observed, the U.S. Constitution was made for sinners. It was presumed that man was sinful, and sinful man could not be trusted. So the framers of the Constitution made things deliberately cumbersome. That was their method of arranging the government so that government could not hurt the people, and so no one group could gain control to the detriment of others. It was an ingenious plan.

They operate under a cloak of secrecy and a cloud of lies. They are furtive and conceal from view their real agenda, from the front organization to the agencies they manipulate. If the Fed is so good for us, why is the policy sneaked by us the way they did the Federal Reserve Act, or so many thousands of other laws?

It is estimated that the Federal Register (The Federal book of laws) this last year included sixty thousand pages of new federal administrative regulations. The regulations and enforcement proceedings under these regulations have made rich some of America's thousands of lawyers who practice administrative or tax law, but they only do damage to the citizens harassed by them.

Have any of us been told that the secretaries of state, the secretaries of treasury, the heads of the CIA, the heads of the National Security Council, the head of the Federal Reserve Board, and countless others are in agreement that American sovereignty is to be eroded, and that we the people are to be controlled, terrorized, and pillaged by an all-empowered Federal government force, and a society subservient to it?

An ideology is always presented by its proponents as truth and as the ultimate expression of reality. Presented as truth and reality, the ideology of The Establishment being offered is, in fact, a rationalization for some form of political self interest and a means of achieving a particular end. For years, to further their utopian one-world plans, they have undermined American education, moral values, sense of patriotism, and national pride. Misguided plans for social reform, power-hungry politicians accomplish their task by compulsion and coercion.

Follow the money trail

One of the fundamental misconceptions about our entire monetary system is that our government printing presses cause inflation. Since the Government (Treasury) has a printing press for printing Federal Reserve notes, nearly everyone assumes that the government spends what it prints for its expenditures. Why, then , is the government in debt for more than $3 trillion.

The Treasury prints the currency, but its orders to print come from the twelve Federal Reserve Banks, not the President or Congress. The Reserve banks, not the Treasury, determine how much currency is printed. Under this arrangement, the government cannot print money to pay debt.

Members of the Federal Reserve are not employees of the government; they are employees from a netherworld of politics thrust into a private corporation to create and control the money supply of the U.S. They are part of a private banking system, privately owned by its stockholders. What is the agenda of this private corporation, besides making a profit?

The dollar bills we use for money are printed with teh words "Federal Reserve Note." A "note" is a debt, an IOU. But to whom is this debt owed? Each of these Federal Reserve notes is a debt to the Federal Reserve banks. Consequently, the government (or the public, since "We the People" are the government, supposedly) is head over heels in debt to the Federal Reserve banks.

So what is the dollar based on, since it has not been backed by gold since 1968? The dollar is based on credit. Who controls interest rates, or the rates at which money is borrowed and debt created? The Federal Reserve banks.

If the government could create the money it needed, then the government would not be in debt, and no tax revenues would be necessary. But to give you an idea of the credit tab our government has run up, consider that just one billion dollars is a lot of money. If you converted that amount into one-dollar bills and linked them end to end, the chain of money would encircle the earth almost four times. Our government debt is three thousand times that amount.

"By a continuing process of inflation, governments can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. There is no subtler, more sure way of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner in which not one man in a million is able to diagnose."  --- John Maynard Keynes

The national Treasury should create all forms of money in America, and not some private corporation, unrestrained by laws and oaths. Banks should be in the business of banking and not in the business of money creation or interest rate manipulation. Money creation should be in the hands of Congress only. Also, banks should only be allowed to lend money that actually exists--money they own, money on deposit, or money they borrow from the Treasury. In other words, banks should operate with a 100% reserve, and not the measly 5% they operate with now.

Whether some insidious conspiracy exists or whether there has been some monumental mistake, it is only a matter of time before all money is transferred to the hands of the money creators.

Central banks not owned by government should be dissolved, and private banks will then be under a 100% reserve requirement. The latter should only be lending what they have or what they can borrow; they must not be creating money.

Laws must be passed to ensure the government is not in the business of banking, and that banks do not function like the Treasury should function. It is lawful only for the government to print, create, and provide money for the nation, through the Treasury.

Of course if you or I print money, we go to jail. A private corporation has no greater authority than you or I, so how do they do it and get away with it? The present system elevates the banking industry to a financial aristocracy, allowing unconstitutional control over the money creation process. Getting something for nothing violates fundamental and physical laws. Here is the acid test of truth: Does the present system serve the good of all? We seem to forget that we make the rules, and that they exist so that we can have a better and more comfortable life, not the other way around. When rules no longer accomplish their purposes, it is time we abolish them and move on to others that will better serve the needs of the many and not the desires of the few.

Under the present system, the Federal Reserve banks are immune to failure. They can write limitless checks against no funds because they clear their own checks and do not possess an account at some other bank.

From the Federal Reserve Act, Section 7, Clause 3, "Federal reserve banks, including the capital stock and surplus therein, and the income derived therefrom shall be exempt from Federal, State, and local taxation, except taxes upon real estate."

How can they lose? On a whim, they can drive everyone else out of business when they wish. When the implied result ends with all of the money in the hands of the money creators, will it be obvious then that this all-debt monetary system is a totalitarian form of government? Or will the government own them by then? Or will this become the One World government, when they become one in the same?

There is a tide in the affairs of men
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in the shallows and in miseries ...
And we must take the current when it serves,
Or lose our ventures.
